I ordered a couple of shirts from Patrick James, and to their credit, everything actually showed up exactly how I chose it. The sizes, colors, and items were all right, which feels like more of an accomplishment than it should when ordering clothes online.

I’m taking off one star because the confirmation emails were kind of slow, so I had to log into my account just to make sure the order was real. Still, the accuracy was solid, and I’d probably order again

I stopped by the store last weekend and had a good experience. The staff helped me find the right size without hovering over me, which I appreciated. The prices were a bit on the high side, but the shirt quality felt solid. Checkout was quick too. I’d go back

My order showed up packed so neatly, and nothing was smashed or all messy. It just looked really nice and simple, like they actually cared about how it arrived. i appreciated that a loooot.

I picked up a couple shirts from Patrick James and, they’re decent. The fabric feels good, not cheap or scratchy, and the stitching has held up fine after a few washes. One of the shirts fit a little weird compared to what I expected, kind of off but not enough to make a big deal out of it. Overall, good quality stuff and I’d probably buy from them again

Not really my vibe. The selection felt limited. A lot of the styles looked a bit dated too. Just didn’t find much I liked.

I ordered from patrickjames.com thinking it would arrive in a normal amount of time, but it ended up taking way longer than I expected. The tracking barely moved for days, which made the whole thing feel even more stressful and disappointing.

I understand that delays can happen, but the lack of updates was really frustrating. I just kept waiting around with no clear idea of what was going on. I probably wouldn’t order again if I needed something by a certain date.

I’d maybe buy again if there was a good sale, but I wouldn’t pay full price next time.

I had to swap a shirt for another size, and it was painless. The return label was easy to figure out, and they sent the new one without making it feel like a whole thing. It took maybe 3 or 4 days or so, but everything went smoothly. I’d definitely order from them again

I do actually like the site overall, and it’s easy to browse around and find things I’d want to buy. The only frustrating part is that the stuff I was interested in was sold out in my size again, which has happened to me more than once now. It’s not a huge deal, but it’s definitely a little disappointing when you find something you like and then can’t actually order it.

I reached out to support, not really expecting much right away, and then they actually replied fast. Kind of nice when that happens, especially when you’re already half thinking about what else you need to do. Anyway, they fixed the issue without much back and forth, so I was happy with it...

The shirt looked fine when I put it on, like the fit and everything was okay, but the fabric just felt kind of stiff? A little scratchy too. I kept noticing it throughout the day, which was annoying. I wanted to like it, but yeah... not the most comfortable.

I ordered my usual size and it fits really well overall, but the sleeves are a bit roomier than I expected. The quality feels nice though, and I’m still really happy with it. I might size down next time, but it’s definitely a good buy.
